Welcome to GoCamp! By booking or participating in our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Eligibility

GoCamp services are available to individuals aged 18 or older. By booking, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. 

2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be completed through our official website or authorized partners.
• Payments must be made in full at the time of booking to secure your spot.

3. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

• More than one week before departure:
  • Option to reschedule to any date within one year at no additional cost.
  • Alternatively, you may request a full refund.
• Within one week before departure:
  • A 30% service fee will be deducted for cancellations.
  • You can reschedule to any date within six months for free.
• After the departure date:
  • No refunds or rescheduling will be permitted. 

4. All-Inclusive Services

Your GoCamp package includes accommodation, surfing lessons, motorbike rental, meals, and other scheduled activities. Optional services or upgrades may incur additional fees. 

5. Motorbike Use

• Customers must provide a valid driver’s license to use the motorbikes.
• Helmets must be worn at all times, in compliance with local laws.
• Customers are fully responsible for the safety of the motorbike and any personal belongings stored within.
• GoCamp is not liable for accidents, theft, or loss of personal items. 

6. User Responsibilities

• Respect local customs, laws, and GoCamp property.
• Follow all instructions provided by GoCamp staff and activity leaders.
• Any damages caused by negligence may result in additional charges. 

7. Liability and Disclaimers

• GoCamp is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or losses incurred during your stay.
• Activities such as surfing and motorbike riding involve inherent risks, and participation is at your own discretion.
• We are not liable for disruptions caused by force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest). 

8. Changes to Services

GoCamp reserves the right to modify itineraries, activities, or accommodations due to unforeseen circumstances while ensuring minimal disruption to your experience. 

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of GoCamp and may not be used without permission. 

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
